This might be the STUPIDEST kradigan post yet, and that's really saying something, because I made a skibidi toilet post.

Anyways, I was thinking about the concept of Buzzfeed quizzes, and also how much I love parasite taxonomy. Have fun, and follow my instructions:

Which of the following best describes how tall you are?

a. Below 5' 2"

b. 5' 2" - 5' 6"

c. 5'6" and above

If you chose A, you're an anopluran, or a sucking louse, because you're short and easy to not see! (Note: I might have made my height the exact cutoff.)

To figure out exactly what type of sucking louse you are, choose a fruit:

a. Capers (this isn't really a fruit, is it?)

b. Pineapple

c. Raspberries

If you chose A, you're a sucking louse of the genus Lepidophthirus! These species are known to infect elephant seals and monk seals. (Mediterannean monk seals-> capers?)

.

If you chose B, you're a a sucking louse of the genus Antarctophthirus! This is a diverse genus, and I like pineapples. Species of this genus have been found to infect a variety of pinnipeds, including sea lions and lobodontine seals (wow I'm currently sittng next to TWO lobodontine seal skulls. I LOVE RVC <3)

.

If you chose C, you're a sucking louse of the genus Echinophthirius! Of this genus, E. horridus is known for being an intermediate host for seal heartworm, which is basically like the concept of aggregate fruit (hence the raspberries).

If you chose B, you're a nematode, or a roundworm! To figure out exactly what type of roundworm you are, choose a city:

a. London

b. Boise

c. Phoenix

If you chose A, you're Otostrangylus circumlitus, my favorite helminth species! They're widespread lungworms found in phocids, and I've seen them before!

If you chose B, you're a member of the genus Uncinaria, my second favorite helminth species! These are small intestine hookworms, especially known for infecting the Australian sea llion.

If you chose C, you're Acanthocheilonema spirocauda, or seal heartworm, which is spread by E. horridus! Isn't that so cool? Two parasites for the price of one.. it's parasites all the way down!

If you're above 5' 6", I don't know what to tell you. No human being should be that tall, and I'm not salty.

Choose a color: a. Blue

b. Green

c. Pink

If you chose A, B, or C, you're Tetragonoporus calyptocephalus, because you're freakishly long! This is the whale tapeworm, which is a cestode known to grow to lenghts of 130 meteres long. That is NOT right (actually, it's really cool).
